Lots of News & Notes

- Rey Mysterio will be appearing at the Cricket store on Nolan Road in Independence, MO on Monday, March 14th from 5-7pm.



- Tough Enough trainer Trish Stratus made the cover of the next issue of Oxygen Magazine. This is Trish’s third cover for the women’s fitness magazine since 2002.



- Former WWE star Chuck Palumbo was visiting on the set of Tough Enough this weekend. He wrote on Twitter: “Great day yesterday on the set of Tuff Enough….had alot of fun hangin with Rey,Steve,Trish,Booker and Bill and all the crew!… Met the contestants too,great bunch of guys/girls…good luck to all of you…”



- Goldust noted on Twitter this weekend that he was speaking to potential FCW stars at the WWE developmental tryout/clinic this weekend. Other names working the clinic include Steve Keirn, Ricky Steamboat, Tom Prichard, Norman Smiley and Joey Mercury.

- WWE Intercontinental Champion Kofi Kingston will be appearing at the JD Byrider store on Morse Road in Columbus, Ohio on Monday, March 21st from 6-8pm.



- Bret Hart is launching his own online radio show with Josh Groberman, beginning March 7th at bretandjosh.com. The show will air March 7th through the 18th from 9pm until 11pm EST on weekdays.



Their preview reads like this: “The Hitman & Groberman Show features the superstar former pro-wrestler and his young, outspoken co-host (Josh Groberman) talking wrestling, sports and news. For two uncensored hours, listeners can call-in and participate during this live entertainment fiasco.”



- Stan sent word that there was 17 minutes and 28 seconds of in-ring action on this week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown, down from 27 minutes and 25 seconds on last week’s show.



- Trish Stratus noted on Twitter that a film crew from G4TV was at the WWE Tough Enough house this weekend doing an interview with her and the other trainers – Steve Austin, Booker T and Bill DeMott.
